As a user I would like an email template that looks like my brand/website/social media. Users are spending too long getting their brand baked into their emails.
We have Optimizely (a technology we bought) and we want to leverage it inside our product. Attempting to create a ‘low-touch’ onboarding experience that allows trailers to see success faster, convert, and become healthier, longer tenure customers.
What information do we have that indicates this is a problem needing to be solved?
People are spending too much time setting up their emails. Users end up buying custom templates because they don’t know how to brand their emails.
What metrics will you point to to determine if your proposed solution was successful?
Faster to send their first emails. Cut down on VOC (support), users emails are set up quicker so they don’t need help.
After the user puts their URL in we show the steps within the process. I've created animated GIFs that will change with what step they are on so the user understands the process is working. Once complete we show 3 basic templates with the users brand colors and logo. The side bar options have changed over time to give the user more options to change they logo, colors and finally their social media links.
